Refund policy

Digital Product Refund Policy

All products sold by Fashion Inspo are digital products delivered electronically. No physical products will be shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the download link or digital content has been delivered or accessed.

We may issue a replacement or refund if:

• The customer was charged more than once for the same order.
• The purchased file was not delivered.
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• The customer received a product materially different from its description.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to [your support email], including the order number and a description of the issue.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental purchases after the content has been accessed, lack of required software or technical knowledge, or failure to read the product description.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of the customer’s jurisdiction.
